The parent's or guardian's signature below constitutes and amounts to a binding agreement with the School as regards the following:
- The parent or guardian will abide by the School's established policies and procedures.
- The eligibility requirements for admission to the standard applied for, the information as stated in the application materials of the Royal Crystal Academy and the documents form the basis of the admission are true and correct.
- Meeting all financial obligation in respect to admission and in pursuance of education of your child in the School.
- Consent of the Principal, Headmistress to act on behalf of the child in loco parentis, should the need arise for their signature in a medical emergency or any other emergency that is beyond the control of the school. The decision of the School Authority regarding such emergency shall be final and binding on the parents/guardian.
- Adherence to changes, if any, in Standard terms and conditions of the school from time to time as circumstances may demand.
- The display of changes in the Standard terms and conditions and/or any other issue concerning the education of your child either on the school Notice Board, communication by email, circular, or school calendar will be deemed to be sufficient notice to the parent/guardian regarding such changes and will be binding.
- The decision of the School shall be final.
