Royal Crystal Academy
The ICT Department at Royal Crystal Academy is responsible for building our pupils' confidence and competence with technology — from early screen-time awareness in Nursery, through core computer literacy across Basic 1 to Basic 6, to a dedicated, opt-in ICT Practical Programme for Basic 3 – 6 pupils who want hands-on time beyond the regular class-wide ICT period.

Manages the Royal Crystal Academy computer laboratory, teaches ICT lessons across all classes from Basic 1 to Basic 6, and coordinates the ICT Practical Programme.
To raise digitally confident, responsible young learners who can use technology purposefully — as a tool for research, creativity, communication and problem-solving — well before they leave Basic 6 for secondary school.
Royal Crystal Academy is proud to operate a fully equipped ICT laboratory, giving every pupil from Basic 1 to Basic 6 hands-on access to computers as part of their regular learning. Our Nursery classes also enjoy supervised, screen-time-appropriate introductions to technology to build early familiarity before formal ICT lessons begin in Basic 1.
Each class has a scheduled weekly ICT period, supervised by our dedicated ICT Administrator, where pupils build practical digital skills alongside their core subjects.

All sessions are supervised by our ICT Administrator.

The ICT Practical Programme runs weekly, after school, in two groups:
Set by the school and payable once your application is approved. This amount may be updated by the school from time to time.
Any currently enrolled pupil in Basic 3, Basic 4, Basic 5 or Basic 6.

Your application is marked "Pending Approval" and reviewed by the ICT Administrator. Once approved, the programme fee becomes payable at the school office.
Group days are fixed by class level (Basic 3 & 4 on Thursday, Basic 5 & 6 on Friday) to keep lesson content age-appropriate.
